All classes will be structured around three age groups: 6-8, 9-10, and 11-18, with the whole school coming together for whole school ensemble sessions.

"Even though you're little you can do a lot"

The skills to be learnt weekly in each discipline, which we publish at the beginning of each term and structured towards each mini showcase, will be carefully adapted and tailored by the tutors according to age group. We will aim to challenge the older students, encouraging discussion and reflection in each lesson, with a relaxed, supportive and stimulating learning environment being at the heart of every session. The younger students will be equally challenged, but always with an essentially playful, fun and creative approach to each discipline.

The Cotswold Stage School Whole School Ensemble, will rehearse weekly.  Excitingly, the age groups will join together to sing in both unison and two or three part harmony, underlining our ethos of being a real performance company with ensemble and teamwork being right at the heart of what we do. Repertoire will include Musical Theatre numbers, Disney classics, Pop and Jazz ballads and seasonal offerings. The Choir will make regular appearances and do pop-ups at festivals and events around the area.
